Member Certification Reports

You can create reports to give you the information you need about members who are or are not certified. Start at Report | Member Certification Reports.

  • Category = Members (include Other, if you are keeping track of FFA members as well, and they are properly identified in Blue Ribbon as Other).
  • Report Style = set this for whatever you need.
  • Record Status = set this for whatever you need.
  • Report Range:
    Certification Code = a list of everyone (within a specified range of dates) who has any of your certification codes assigned to them. List member info, certification, project/activity link, and date.
    P/A - Positive = a list of everyone (within a specified range of dates) who has a specified Activity, AND a linked Certification.
    P/A - Negative = a list of everyone who has a specified Activity, but NO linked Certification.
  • Report Type = Activity. Be sure that you set this correctly if you chose either of the P/A reports under Report Range.
