Listserv Policy
Ruth Willson currently maintains listservs for Extension. Any requests or questions should be sent direclty to Ruth at 970-491-6988 or email ruth.willson@colostate.edu.
Using your ename and epassword you can view a current list of Extension listservs
Policy for list creation:
- Must have 10 or more participants before list will be created. Special exceptions will be made (ex: dirbb). Send list requests to list@coop.ext.colostate.edu If you need to regularly correspond with less than 10 people, create distribution or address lists within your e-mail program.
- Yearly evaluation of list activity.
- A recipient list will be sent out to the person requesting the list every January and July.
- Owners will receive messages when bounces occur because of address problems.
