ServSafe® Examination Administration Manual

There is a new ServSafe® Examination Administration Handbook and Training Manual to help instructors properly administer ServSafe® examinations. It has important new information pertaining to your responsibilities as a test administrator/proctor. This Handbook, as well as its index, can be printed from the NRAEF web site at www.nraef.org or requested via their Fax-on Demand Hotline at 800.246.0184. All instructors are strongly advised to promptly and thoroughly review this Handbook. Please keep it handy as a reference for administering ServSafe® examinations.
