S.T.R.E.T.C.H. (Safety Training, Resources, and Education to Combat Hunger). Purdue University Extension Service

S.T.R.E.T.C.H. is a self-assessment and educational tool designed to help emergency feeding programs examine their strengths and weaknesses with regard to food safety, nutrition, and volunteer management issues. Copies of the materials can be downloaded from the World Wide Web at: www.cfs.purdue.edu/safefood/stretch.html.

Preventing Foodborne Illness in Preschoolers and Senior Adults - A HACCP Training for Food Handlers in Child and Elder Care. The University of Georgia Extension Service

This HACCP Training package includes an instructor packet, a participant packet and a video. The instructor packet contains detailed step-by-step instructions for how to conduct the training and use of the materials. The videotape contains four segments that include the following topics: An Introduction To Foodborne Illness and HACCP, How to Safely Prepare a Hot Food, How to Safely Prepare a Cold Food, and How to Safely Prepare a Convenience Food.
