Sanitizing and Disinfecting Posters

The Clorox Health Advisory Council has developed a poster, "Sanitizing and Disinfecting Solutions for Healthy Child Care." The poster illustrates methods for sanitizing and disinfecting areas in the home or child care setting. The 8«" x 11"-laminated poster includes tips on proper handwashing techniques, sanitizing food surfaces, disinfecting diaper- changing areas, and more. An order form has been enclosed that you can use to request 10 free posters. If you require larger quantities, contact Lisa Gill at (510) 271-2708. Online Coloring Book

An online coloring book for children focusing on food safety at home, school, and when eating out is available at http://www.foodsafety.gov/~dms/cbook.html. The project is co-sponsored by FDA, USDA, and the Chef and Child Foundation. Hard copies of the activity coloring book are available by contacting the USDA toll-free Meat and Poultry Hotline at 1- 800-535-4555.
