"Keep Your Baby Safe: Eat Hard Cheeses Instead of Soft Cheeses During Pregnancy" is the title of a brochure in Spanish and English designed to help protect women from Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria contamination has frequently been traced to soft cheeses and can cause serious illness, including spontaneous abortions or serious illness for newborns.

This 12 minute video presents step-by-step instructions for processing chili salsa correctly and is designed for the small- volume, independent food processor.
