Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference

This year's Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference will be held May 6 - 7, 2008, at a NEW location, The Wildlife Experience, 10035 South Peoria, Parker, CO 80134. Included will be a silent auction to benefit the Lydia P. Cole Memorial Scholarship Fund during the conference. LFS 2008 Annual Conference

The 30th Annual Lillian Fountain Smith Conference for Nutrition Educators, sponsored by Colorado State University's Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition, will be held June 12 - 13, 2008, at the Marriott Hotel in Fort Collins, CO. The sessions for this year include Cancer and Nutrition, New Perspectives on Eating Behaviors, as well as Friday's session on Organics.
