Welcome!
Thank you for taking the time to view and evaluate the web module Preventing Listeriosis during Pregnancy, developed as part of a grant project using multi-media technology to provide food safety messages to women of childbearing age. To participate, we are seeking women ages 18-45 who are either currently pregnant, have been pregnant within the past 5 years, or are planning to become pregnant. Participants will view a three-minute message then complete a short evaluation survey. As a token of our appreciation, we will provide you with a link to an 8-page downloadable booklet, Pregnancy & Foodborne Illness at the end of the survey. The total time to complete all components should be less than six minutes.
Because this is a research study, in order to continue, we ask that you read and accept the Human Subject Statement below. Your responses and comments will be kept confidential and no names will be attached to any information collected as part of this research.
Thank you for your time and input!
Sincerely,
Pat Kendall, PhD, RD; Project Director
