ES237 Group Youth Enrollment
There have been several questions recently on "what counts" as a group youth enrollment and what delivery mode should I select? First you want to verify that the groups of 'youth' participating in an activity or educational experience are not solely 4-H members. If so, there is no need to fill out the form because they would all be considered a 'duplicate' since they are already entered into the Blue Ribbon program. If your group contains both 4-H and non 4-H members you will indicate in the 'duplicate' column the total number.
Delivery Modes most commonly used will be School-Child Care Education Programs (SACC), School Enrichment, Special Interest/Short Term Programs* and Day or Overnight Camping. For further clarification and ES237 definitions see, www.ext.colostate.edu/ye.
*Remember for each Special Interest youth counted there is a $1 fee. This fee is charged via Invoice after Blue Ribbon data collection either in May or October.
