Energy Resources - K-12 Energy Education
Colorado State University Extension is offering a series of summer teacher trainings for middle and high school teachers on the second edition of our Clean Energy Curriculum for Colorado Middle and High Schools. The first edition of the curriculum has been classroom tested by over a dozen teachers and almost 1,000 students throughout the state and has been extremely well received. All lessons are hands-on and inquiry-based. The second edition will tie the lesson plans to state academic standards for science, math, social studies, and advanced placement and include enhanced and additional lesson plans.
